On Boarding

The OnBoarding will allow you to set up the system to allow a better processing of your study and IUCLID6 files.

It is a short setup, built over 2 main aspects:

  • Legal Entity information
  • Connection to your server

Of course, those steps are not mandatory but they will allow you get cleaner IUCLID6 files. In any case, by default, we will provide you with an account on our own IUCLID6.

By default, an account is created on our IUCLID6 (which you should have received a mail with the credentials). Once your email verified, you can log in and access the on borading screen where you can define your legal entity, generally the name of your company, followed by the name of your organization in your company:

You can also modify the legal entity created here in your ChemAssist settings.

Of course, you can add more information (address, country...) on your entity directly in IUCLID6 (Dashboard burger > Legal entity)

You can also skip this. As a consequence, you will be assigned a general entity not related to your company. You will always be able to modify later on, in the settings.

Step 2: Set Up your Server

If you want to keep the results of the AI work on your own server, you can connect it by providing:

  • its URL
  • Your Username
  • Your Password

You can also skip and carry on with the default Silver Brain AI server.

You can proceed by creating your first molecule's dossier.

Step 3: Create your first molecule

Once the initialisation of the system has been performed, you will be given the next steps to create your first molecule's dossier using ChemAssist:

  1. Create your molecule's dossier
  2. Upload your studies
  3. Complete the key details (e.g. study type)
  4. Submit to IUCLID6

Here are the visuals for the steps:

Fill in your molecule's details and press Create when ready

This is a short On Boarding on how to create a molecule. Considering this point, many other aspects are important to understand the creation of a dossier.
