Welcome to ChemAssist, an Enterprise SaaS provided by Silver Brain AI AG, based in Switzerland. By using ChemAssist, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms​

By accessing or using ChemAssist, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Accuracy of Output​

Artificial intelligence and machine learning are rapidly evolving fields. While we strive to make our services accurate, reliable, and beneficial, the probabilistic nature of machine learning means that output may not always accurately reflect real facts. By using our services, you understand and agree that:

  • Output Accuracy: Output may not always be accurate. You should not rely on output from our services as a sole source of truth or factual information, or as a substitute for professional expert work.
  • Evaluation: You must evaluate output for accuracy and appropriateness for your usage, including using human review as appropriate, before using or sharing output from the services.

3. Free Trial​

We offer a 30-day free trial to test our service. Please use this trial responsibly to evaluate whether our service meet your needs.

4. Paid Subscription​

  • Subscription Fee: The paid subscription costs CHF 1199 per month, billed monthly.
  • Annual Contract: The subscription requires an annual contract. If you cancel your subscription, you will still be required to pay until the end of the annual contract.
  • Automatic Charges: Charges are processed automatically each month.
  • PDF Processing Limit: The subscription includes processing of up to 1000 PDF pages per month. Beyond this limit, there are additional charges of CHF 8.99 per page.

5. User Responsibilities​

  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Compliance: You agree to use ChemAssist in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

6. Limitation of Liability​

Silver Brain AI AG will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use our services.
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal or enterprise data stored therein.
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services.
  • Any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party.
  • Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the services.

7. Termination​

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to ChemAssist at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to other users of our services, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

8. Changes to Terms​

We may modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on our website and updating the effective date. Your continued use of ChemAssist after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

9. Governing Law​

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.
