In our AI pipelines, we may use third-party providers for data parsing, data processing and other cognitive services from reputed providers such as Microsoft Azure. We ensure, to the best of our knowledge, that these third parties:

  • Do not use enterprise data for any purpose other than serving their specific task.
  • Do not collect, store, or use the data to train AI models.

We have access to enterprise data via the IUCLID6 software hosted on cloud servers. This access is limited to super admin personnel and is controlled by the management of Silver Brain AI AG. Access to enterprise data is strictly monitored and managed to ensure data security.

We implement robust security measures to protect your personal and enterprise data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:

  • Encryption of data during transmission and storage.
  • Regular security audits and updates to our systems.

  • Personal Information: We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. We may also retain and use your information as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
  • Enterprise Data: We do not retain enterprise data after it has been processed for its intended purpose. All enterprise data is deleted from our systems and third-party providers' accounts after processing.
