Troubleshooting
Creating a molecule
This section will cover potential errors that may be encountered when creating and submitting a molecule. Solutions are provided where relevant, and if any further issues are faced before submission you can contact support via email (info@silverbrain.ai).
- When creating the molecule, the user will encounter an error if the molecule name is not entered, as it cannot create the molecule dossier draft.
- You cannot name a molecule after an existing molecule, as it will result in an error. If you happen to need creating two molecule dossiers with the same name, it should be numbered or changed slightly ("Molecule A", "Molecule A (1)").
Submitting a molecule
Users may also encounter certain errors when uploading and submitting the study files for the molecule:
-
Correct study file details inserted
- Users must select the study type and dates in order for the study file to be processed, otherwise they may face an error or failed submission.
-
Nature of the study file
- Password protected study files cannot be used as they will not be able to be processed by the platform when submitting onto IUCLID6.
- Each pdf should contain one study for one molecule. Consolidated pdfs that are containing multiple studies or a study with multiple study type cannot be processed at the moment.
-
Delay in processing
- The User can see when the pdf file is submitted by appearing on the molecule dossier page, but there may be an error when attempting to fill in the study file details (dates, type of study). This is likely due to the pdf file still being processed, and after waiting a few more minutes the error should stop and the user will be able to fill the details accordingly.
- There may be issues if the size of the file is too big. (maximum 512GB)
-
Corrupt files
- In some instances during submission the upload and AI processing get interrupted, so the study file is corrupted and submission is unsuccessful.
- In this case, the user might need to remove the corrupted file and redo the uploading of the pdf file into the molecule folder, in which resubmission should be successful. If it continues to fail, then contact support.
-
Available pdf pages
- In trial mode, if the user no longer has enough pages left in their plan, then there will be a failed submission or an error in processing the study file. The usage of pdf pages can be viewed under 'Billings' in their ChemAssist account settings.
